MY TECH BACKGROUND
Enterprise sales exec w/ 20 years’ experience in sales & marketing w/ concentrations in technology, retail & manufacturing sectors. With a passion for helping customers achieve their goals that align to the “big picture” vision of their organizations, I’m a self-motivated, high energy, effective communicator no matter the audience size, level or functional area of the business. I have a proven track record of achieving P&L goals, fostering strong Line of Business customer relationships & turning obstacles into opportunities.

ADDT’L SERVICES
Unconscious bias still exists which influences our behaviors & ultimately impede inclusion. Corporate inclusion is acknowledging differences & collectively bringing them together for a common mission – to drive project success, build camaraderie, & recognize & acknowledge those who contribute to the company’s bottom line.

To evoke change for the greater benefit of institutions & how they attract, retain & grow their employees, it’s a bottom up & top down approach (yes, purposely backwards from top down, bottom up). Corporations & universities need to uplevel their credibility when it comes to recognizing how to craft the right recipe for success when it comes to gender inclusion, which can ultimately benefit all parties.

There is a monumental shift underway in our society where more women are climbing the ranks & showcasing their achievements. The spotlight on women in STEAM is one key to helping attract more gender inclusion in the workplace. I work w/ corporations & universities to blueprint gender inclusion w/in their organizations that not only attracts more females but also retains them.

I fill the gap by offering solutions & options when it comes to a fresh lens in restructuring how the STEAM industries, corporations, & university majors include females.
